Sliced roasted and cured meats, fine regional and international cheeses, locally sourced breads, olives, crackers, cornichons and marinated peppers are combined for a hearty and satisfying presentation that pairs well with beer, hard cider and distilled spirits. Condiments include mustards, horseradish, aioli and our soon-to-be-famous “Green Sauce.”
Veggie only platters are also available including marinated artichoke hearts, asparagus, stuffed endive, eggplant, crudités with dipping sauces as replacement for roasted & cured meats. Cheeses, breads & condiments are served with Vegetarian

Our range of desserts span homespun baked goods, fine patisserie examples and exotic culinary creations. Offerings change seasonally and are customizable to your event. These desserts can be served with champagne, local dessert wines & seasonal cocktails or non-alcoholic eggnog and Noble Coffee, roasted in Ashland.

Our Taco, Nacho & Salad Bar includes Shredded Rotisserie Chicken simmering in spices, Fiesta Rice and Black Beans along with petite flour & corn tortillas, tortilla chips and shredded lettuce. Surrounding these selections are tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, black olives, shredded cheeses, peppers, guacamole, sour cream and a selection of salsas with various degrees of heat.

We’ve taken our most popular Grab ‘N Go menu items and adapted them to a “tasting menu” buffet. Includes: Asian Chicken Salad in Belgian Endive, Roast Beef & Sharp Tillamook Cheddar Sliders, Mixed Vegetable Crudite and Turkey Wrap Roulettes are served with mustard, mayo and creamy horseradish.
We add a seasonal selection of individual desserts for a sweet finish. Options are customizable and often include bits-size brownies, mini cream puffs and chocolate eclairs.
