The funding landscape has shifted. Federal priorities are changing, donor fatigue is real, and the economic climate is forcing organizations to do more with less. Many nonprofits in our region are feeling the pressure, but few have had the space to step back, reassess, and build a fundraising strategy that fits the moment we're actually in.
This free workshop is designed for nonprofit leaders, development directors, and board members who want to move from reactive fundraising to resilient fundraising. We'll address the real challenges organizations are facing right now: shifting grant landscapes, donor retention in a distracted economy, diversifying revenue when traditional sources dry up, and telling your story in a way that cuts through the noise.
This is not a generic "how to write a grant" session. This is a working conversation about what it takes to fund meaningful work when the ground keeps moving under your feet.
Who Should Attend:
Executive directors and nonprofit leaders
Development and fundraising staff
Board members involved in fundraising strategy
Founders of grassroots and emerging service organizations
This workshop is open to all Grants Pass and Josephine County nonprofits and service organizations. No cost to attend.
